Rightsline is currently looking for a Software Engineer. This position reports directly to the VP of Engineering to ensure that we make the best product possible. We are looking for great developers who are comfortable working in a fast paced and fun environment. As part of our Engineering team you will get to utilize and expand your skills in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, WCF, and more.
You will be working in a collaborative environment with a team who shares your passion for building something impactful.
Skills we are looking for:
- ASP.NET (3.5+), specifically C# / MVC
- Entity Framework or other ORM
- HTML/CSS
- jQuery, Angular.js, or other JavaScript library
- Development in Visual Studio 2012 (or later) IDE
- Other technologies in our environment where experience or knowledge would be helpful:
- Team Foundation Server
- Amazon Web Services
- REST
- JSON
- Type Script
- MongoDb, Redis, or other NoSQL
- SOA
Examples of what you will be doing:
- Developing and supporting web services
- Data access development
- Consuming web services
- Creation of top to bottom data capture, including data capture forms, validation logic, data structure to pass to/from web services, and data access layer calls to persist to database
- Testing, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs
- Learning latest programming techniques and technologies
- User interface / user experience
