We seek a Manager, Website Operations who supports a range of dynamic website projects, maintenance and enhancement-related activities for an e-commerce website and its related applications. Under the direction of the Director, Interactive Services, the Manager ensures that all deliverables are met through the comprehensive coordination of in-house and agency resources. For such projects, the Manager is responsible for documentation—scope statements, QA, leading and launching weekly code deployments, website monitoring, and supporting day-to-day operations and performance of the carnegiehall.org and related web applications.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and pivotal technology leader and subject matter expert for software engineering. The Manager will provide oversight in planning, executing and managing the software engineering team’s code deployment strategy. Additionally, The Manger will focus on improving the performance and stability of our systems and introducing engineering best practices into the organization.
He/she will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, development and implementation of multiple software development projects. The candidate will have a proven ability to drive technical projects, act a leader or participant of project team, and provide guidance for a team of developers in a fast paced environment.
