We're looking for an experienced, talented and resilient .NET developer that will be part of a small team that owns the entire infrastructure and codebase of the company. You should have a passion for improving code and working in an environment with lots of responsibility where you can own what you work on. You should feel an urge to bring the modern tools of your choice to the task of solving problems.
The position requires that you learn the business and think from a user perspective, to cooperate with others in the company to find the best solution and write a great implementation. You will be responsible for feature development end-to-end and must care deeply about customer experience and code quality.

- moving all of our internal Email templates to a third party service so that non-programmers in the business can work on those templates
- push a major refactoring of our communication layers (WCF)
- migrate our database from SQL Server to PostgreSQL
- talk to employees in operations about how to improve the software they use to do their daily work
- take an idea about how to improve a part of the product and then find the right code changes needed to make that idea happen
- traveling for a week to work side by side with other employees
