We are currently a tech-enabled business; our aim as we grow is to put an emphasis on automation of manual processes to create a lean and agile work environment. Our development team work closely with stakeholders in the business to determine pain points and come up with solutions. In this team, you would be expected to take ownership of individual tasks and liaise very closely with stakeholders in the business to come to resolution. We work at an incredible pace, but this is a learning environment. Any person joining our team would be expected to continuously push themselves outside of their comfort zone and also be confident and patient when imparting knowledge to others.
