Knowledge of eXtreme Programming and Agile methodologies can come in handy, as well as good people skills that will help resolve problems efficiently as a team; because conflicts about how to turn obstacles into opportunities can generate creativity and strengthen team spirit when dealt with in a rational, adult way.
