The core responsibility of this position is to assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s internal business applications. This position will also provide technical support and maintenance to other IT systems throughout the company on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an acute attention to detail, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to expand your IT skill set and be creative in the application of said skills.
- Assist in the design, development and maintenance of internal business applications
- Develop and maintain e-commerce websites and web applications
- PC hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide general support for all IT systems and other peripheral devices throughout the company
- Develop and maintain Crystal reports
- Create and design graphic emails for the sales and marketing teams
- Other duties as assigned
