Phillip Capital, a global financial services firm, is looking for a motivated individual who has the necessary skills to help build our website and mobile applications. You must be able to translate content to the website, and track the resulting traffic flow with analytics. The firm is growing and this is a prime opportunity to have an immediate, visible impact on the firm's customer-facing websites.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites
- Use Google Analytics to monitor resulting web traffic for optimization
- Integrate CRM system and websites
- Assist in creating UI for mobile and web applications for financial markets
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of web development experience
- Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience creating graphics and wireframes with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
- Able to use Google Analytics to gain insight into the effectiveness of a website
- Stay calm, logical, and focused in high-pressure situations
- Able to drive a project from concept through execution
- Necessary traits: Absolute integrity; strong sense of ownership; detail oriented; solid communication skills; ability to reflect and learn from mistakes; and ready to learn and grow with the company
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Drupal 7 and integration with CRM software (or similar experience with another system and a proven ability to become proficient quickly)
- Working knowledge (or better) of Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL
- Experience writing websites using ASP.NET/C#
