The Database developer develops and maintains Microsoft SQL databases for all environments (Dev, Test, QA/Cert, Prod), as well as responsible for SQL server reporting duties. On occasion, will perform database backups, support of databases across internal and end-user applications. The Database developer works with SQL Server and third-party tools as well as Microsoft Visual Studio to assist in the management, profiling, optimization and debugging of the databases in transaction processing and data warehousing environment.

- Database maintenance and optimization in an development environment
- SQL set up, administration and security
- Testing and debugging assigned components and units
- ETL design, development and maintenance
- Regularly performing query and DB performance optimization
- SQL server reporting responsibilities, SSRS, SSAS
- Development in Visual Studio (C#)
