Listrak’s Scrum Master functions as a lead for the reporting Scrum development team, assisting the Principal Software Engineer and Director of Product in achieving established timeline goals for product releases. This position is an essential part of our Scrum environment -- which primarily operates within Microsoft .Net technologies. We hope to bring on someone who can not only perform traditional duties of a Scrum Master (i.e. removing any obstacles impeding production) but who can also truly tap into Listrak’s over-arching business goals (what makes us tick) and bring that direction to our team of developers.
