Global AS works with business and IT partners to develop, maintain and enhance Business Applications based on global processes, policies and tooling.
Your mission in this role is to lead several Microsoft CRM applications and act as a gatekeeper ensuring a high quality of delivery, promote and follow our governance procedures. This involves managing applications on a daily basis and implementing small changes, supporting demand management and projects, developing common IM solutions for the BA's with common processes and an overall application strategy.

Microsoft CRM Application Manager
Working from our office in Arnhem, the Netherlands, you and your team keep systems up and running and monitor the overall performance of the application. You will manage and plan the entire life cycle of the Applications with solution architects and business application owners.
In terms of Projects you work closely with all stakeholders to collect information, perform analysis and present findings for higher-level decision-making. You then drive project activities, manage project risks and documentation, identify issues and take corrective actions when necessary, in line with AkzoNobel methods.
You also work closely with colleagues in our Shared Service Centers application teams and suppliers, providing global support to end users in order to assure the system is used effectively as well as efficiently.
Above all, you have a proven ability to make the translation from business process into technical and functional specifications, for example legal processes into a supporting system.
