Lead Software Development Engineer – Full Stack
You carry an abiding passion for programming and want the magical work that is hard and requires extended effort to bring to fruition. You are never satisfied with what you know and are always trying out new technologies and trying your hand at programming in new languages. You possess supernormal gifts that enable you to do easily what good programmers find difficult and at the same time be a true Leader to the team.
Running Agile/Scrum teams come naturally to you. And who wouldn’t want someone with an excellent memory, a conspicuously wide knowledge of programming techniques and the judgment to know when to apply which, and a deep ability to relate details to the larger picture. You are capable of quickly shifting registers from the large picture to small details and back again on an almost automatic basis.
Now let’s talk about your excellent leadership skills! You know how to build a relationship with the team as well as management. You have a clear idea of how to gauge their strengths, weaknesses, ambitions and personalities. We all get motivated by different things and you will discover what each member of your team needs to thrive both technically and professionally. Especially when everybody understands the big picture! You are able to garner respect from your team and be willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done.

To start we need you to coordinate activities with other team members, communicate status and progress/issues/risks. You will also Work with Product Line Management and Clinical Analysts to understand the intent of the marketing requirements and use cases and workflow.
Not challenged yet? Ok, you are going to function as scrum master and technical lead for projects, review and understand the Market Requirements and Use Case Scenarios, create and review high level and detailed product requirements (PRD)
Still not enough? How about design and implementation of assigned features for a product release, troubleshooting and maintenance of issues in current and future product release AND Unit testing, Design Review and Code Review of features. Admit it, it’s getting exciting!
