Working across all forms of Social Media, your primary role will continuous improvement of the Tiger Pistol ‘Do it for you’ platform to make it as intuitive and seamless as possible for our users. This platform helps deliver world class solutions to our partners, small business customers and the account managers that support them. You will be able to develop your skills on a platform that is on the cutting edge – built on the Azure cloud we are using Orleans, OWIN, Nancy, Web Api, SignalR and Knockout JS to create a distributed, modular and responsive application.
Your primary role would be to iterate collaboratively on top of the existing platform to create a smooth and compelling experience. You will develop relationships with our users and stakeholders to understand what they have trouble with, or don’t understand in the platform and work to make it better. A candidate with a good eye for aesthetics will be highly regarded.
Requirements
With at least 5 years of experience, you should have had solid experience with Microsoft environments. You probably keep your ear to the ground for the latest Open Source technologies, whether they are C# based or not, and think about how they can make you and your team’s day to day work better.
Ideally you have demonstrated the self-motivation and appreciation for the customer inherent in building and releasing your own product to market at some point. You have worked on product development for at least part of your career, and prefer to build new and innovative systems in a collaborative environment. You have a passion for technology, get satisfaction from solving real business problems, can communicate effectively and enjoy being part of a team.
