As an IT Senior Programmer/Analyst, you will focus on the development and support of existing applications and develop new applications to support BCG's internal Accounting, Planning and HR functions. You will work with within a cross-functional team consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and others to provide high quality applications which respond to and meet the business needs of the entire BCG organization. You will be expected to participate in hands-on development activities as well as providing technical guidance of development activities to successfully execute projects. Success will require the being both flexible and adaptable.
