What We Are Looking For:
Digital Associate: We are looking for a Web Developer with 4-8 years of experience who wants to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, positive environment. Our ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in all things digital.
Job Description:
- Consult with broad team on strategic discussions and decisions related to all-things-digital
- Consult with our design team on IA/UX/UI best practices during the design phase
- Export optimized graphics (standard and high-dpi) from PSD design files
- Translate PSD files into standards based HTML/CSS/JS using responsive design
- Setup hosting environment and address technical requirements for CMS
- Install CMS and needed add-ons
- Integrate front-end programming into CMS
- Maintain ongoing client needs and development within CMS
Must Haves:
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and PHP
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript language, not just specific frameworks
- Demonstrated CSS framework experience including but not limited to Sass
- Able to design, code and assemble an entire website from concept to delivery
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, mobile and app development
- Up-to-date on digital trends and strategic implications related to decisions
- Conceptual skills and general design skills are a plus.
- Ability to lead complex development projects, including working with client-side development teams (sometimes integrating with data services), and translating complicated topics into understandable concepts for the client
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Git code versioning system
- Drupal
- Wordpress
- ExpressionEngine
- Previous integration experience with ASP.NET
