So you were a rock star developer, so much so that now you're an Architect creating world-class applications for your clients, right? We want you. We want you to come and blow our clients’ socks off. You get to be one of our first team members to start our US team; not only do you get to work with a phenomenal team in Germany and India, but you get to build your own department and brand in the US. This is such an impressive team that they won the Innovation Award of 2015 for the Center of Knowledge and Analytic's globally!
A typical day for you will be working directly with product owners and managers who value your insight and look to you to make their vision come true. Don't forget though, Thursdays we have chair massages in the office, so make sure you schedule that in. It's one thing to have killer technical chops but are you business savvy? You will not only be the tech guru but also set the strategy and tactical direction for your dev team.
What kind of projects will you work on? Well, most of our clients are top-secret across all industries because that's how we continue to be the best at what we do. But I can tell you this, you will work on fast-paced, high-impact projects and sometimes that looks like 2-5 days or maybe a week but what's awesome is that you get to use a variety of technology all the time, which makes you a top talent.
We like thinkers here, we want those who are innovative, like really innovative, and like to bring up crazy ideas that have never been done before. It's how we deliver crafted solutions to our clients and keep them coming back. We like "ah-ha!" moments and it's your job to keep them coming. Sometimes you might need to mull over some ideas, well playing FIFA in the office while you raid the snack stash is totally cool and encouraged.
Your job will be to manage and continuously improve the architect design we already have for our clients along with working on some pretty sweet internal applications as well. Aside from being the best at what you do technically; you get to develop yourself as a leader, which kind-of counts for a lot when you're working at one of the leading management consulting firms in the world and Fortune's 2nd pick for best places to work. You will mentor your team, create customized solutions, coach the young bloods on new technologies and stay competitive by continuing to learn and challenge yourself.
Day-to-day you will also test-drive development, leverage agile best-practices, and get to tinker with lots of fun tools. As I said, you're running this team, so you're the guide on all technology aspects of our products and solutions.
Ohh and did I mention we have benefits like you've never seen? Well yeah, we do. We pay for your medical and dental coverage at 100% and your eligible dependents, and you can expect to pay like $5 co-pays even to see specialists. For things like Acupuncture and other specialties that most plans don't cover, we cover that too. Naturally, we had to make sure our prescription benefits match our stellar coverage, so it's likely you will pay $2-$5 for name-brand prescriptions. You're welcome. You're our employee and we take care of our own. You can check out more of our great benefits on our company page and I promise you we will talk your ear off about them, because we love to let everyone know how spoiled we are.
